We designed Oracle, our online customer resource, so all of
our customers |

have their own personal page which tells them what is happening
to their sample at any given moment. Members of Surname Projects
also have an overview of their project, whilst Project Admins
have a detailed view of the status of each of their project
members. |

| |
If you are being tested as an individual, you are immediately
given 'Project Administrator' status.
Whilst this of course doesn't mean you have to start a
project, this way gives you the scope to add members at
a later date using the management tools which will become
familiar to you. There are no fees for
'upgrading' from a single test to a surname project. |

Using Oracle, you can:- |

- see when samples have been sent out, returned and tested
- view the results of all of your group members
- track the overall status of each sample
- edit contact details for each member
- see the payment status of each sample
- keep helpful notes
- put your project details online for others to find
- view requests to join your Project and add new members |
