Migrate your RG project to DNA Heritage

This form is solely for past Relative Genetics customers to upgrade their original test.

It is now possible for old customers of Relative Genetics to upgrade from 26 to 43 markers through DNA Heritage. This applies to customers for whom the DNA sample is already on file with Relative Genetics.

The cost for this test is just $75.

We have deliberately kept this the same as the original upgrade price from RG although upgrades may not be possible through the RG site in the future.

Sample verification
Please enter your details below including the name associated with the RG sample and the RG case number (the 'T number').

Once you submit your details below, we can verify with Sorenson Genomics that your sample details are correct. We shall then activate your account.

Payment
On activation of your account, we shall also send out an invoice to you via email. Just click on the payments link in that email to settle the invoice. We will then proceed with your order.

Batches
To keep admin costs low, we shall be batch processing these orders with Sorenson Genomics.
The 3rd batch will be sent to Sorenson Genomics on the 21st February so don't forget to order by then!

Note: only the sample owner (or someone for whom permission has been granted) may place an order for an upgrade. It is the customer's reponsibility to ensure they are able to place an order.
